I've been running my performing arts school in St Helens, for over 21 years. Long enough to have built, broken, and rebuilt almost every process a dance school can have, and to know exactly what works, what wastes your time, and what you probably don't need despite what the internet tells you!

The truth is, I've always been wired to solve problems. I'm a Mensa member, and I appeared on Channel 4's Secret Genius, but what that really means in practice is that I can't walk past a problem without wanting to solve it.  And after 21 years of running my own school, I understand the feeling of being buried in admin with no clear idea of where to start.

So that's what Helen Pender Consulting is. Not a coaching programme. Not a virtual assistant service. Just me, sitting down with you, understanding how your school works, and helping you put the right processes in place; the ones that are right for you, not the ones everyone else is recommending.

I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed by options, unsure where to start, and quietly convinced that everyone else has figured this out except you. They haven't. And you don't have to figure it out alone.
